World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims Walk & Ride

For World Day of Remembrance, Bike Walk Wichita will transform our exterior gate into a powerful visual display to honor victims of vehicle-bicycle and vehicle-pedestrian collisions. The installation will feature striking statistics, impactful headlines, and damaged bicycle parts to highlight the tragic outcomes of these incidents. This display serves as both a tribute to lives lost and a call to action for safer streets in our community. On the 16th at 2 p.m., we will also hold a walk and bike ride starting from our location to honor those who have lost their lives. We invite everyone to join us in this meaningful tribute and in advocating for change.
